The Citizen Promaster Sky BY3006-53E is a professional pilot’s watch that combines advanced functionality with a bold, technical design. Featuring a substantial 46mm silver-tone stainless steel case, this timepiece is designed for maximum functionality and clear readability. The black dial is enhanced with white and green-tone details, creating a striking contrast while helping the various indications remain easy to read. A rotating northern hemisphere map disc at the 6 o’clock position adds a distinctive world-time element, while the slide rule bezel provides additional functionality for aviation-inspired calculations. The dial is protected by a highly durable sapphire crystal, offering excellent scratch resistance.
Powering the BY3006-53E is Citizen’s Calibre H864 Eco-Drive movement with radio-controlled technology. Eco-Drive converts available light into energy, eliminating the need for regular battery replacement. The watch automatically synchronises with radio time signals for precise timekeeping and includes a perpetual calendar, world time, dual time and daylight saving time functions. It also features a power reserve indicator, low-charge warning and a remarkable five-year power reserve in power-save mode.
The BY3006-53E offers WR200/20Bar water resistance, making it suitable for swimming and snorkelling. Its five-link stainless steel bracelet is secured with a push-button clasp for a comfortable and secure fit.
